Groups are amazing to have with anyone to find the compassion within yourself by hearing and speaking with others and creating momentum within after processing groups.

Group sizes range from 5–10 people who find that speaking with others in a safe environment about self-worth helps them realise that the answers we look for, we often give away.

Instead, this group focuses on how open dialogue and speaking with others can help you see the beauty of humankind and the art in yourself.
