How do I know if counselling is right for me?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change — counselling can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Sometimes the bravest thing is simply saying 'I'm ready for something different.'

How long are sessions?

Initial consultations are 30 minutes. Regular individual and couples sessions are 1 hour each.

What is the difference between individual and couples counselling?

Individual counselling focuses on your personal growth, patterns, and goals. Couples counselling brings both partners together to work on communication, connection, and resolving conflict in a safe, neutral space.

What is your cancellation policy?
